hi , I am the Bill payer of my account. buy when I go on to my ee to change settings etc it tells me I am not the bill payer and so cannot change anything.
prior to being moved to ee from ee I never had a problem on the account pages etc so it's only been since getting transfered over here !! please help, cheers.

You need to be set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers
