Your program fills in my address incorrectly and I can't change it.

@paulclay19   You can not change it as you are registered as an account user not the account holder.  You need to change your user status first.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You should be able to change to the bill payer under the 'manage numbers' section of your My EE account. This will give you access to change the address.
