Considering that EE is supposed to be run by BT, the Provider I had previously why is it that it cannot do the following :-
Show 2 bills ie Broadband/TV & Mobile instead it splits the Mobile bill then doesn't take it when it should.
I changed from BT to EE because the Customer Service Rep said it would save me money but so far the numbers work out the same. I even have an issue with the second box because it doesn't have the same channels as my main box there are about 50 channels missing.
I had no issues with BT but Ee is always dropping out .....they should be PAYING ME.
