Why is this app always down due to maintanance ?

How many more times is this app going to be down due to maintenance?

I need to switch off my teenagers data and gift my mum data , she is ill and currently has no data to WhatsApp call me and her signal is down also 😔

It has to be the worst app ever.

It always appears to be when my bill goes live too. If I had a tin foil hat I'd say it's so they hope I forget to check in a few days, Its a lot higher than expected and I can't even check it through EE.co.uk let alone the app.
