@Bel75   Try deleting and reinstalling the app it’s working for me so there is no issue with using the app. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I tried that but no joy on S10. Everything was ok before the last update.
