Welcome to the community,

It should be up and running today. If it is not working for you, have you tried uninstalling it, rebooting your device and reinstalling it again, does that work? Are you able to log-in via the website?

If none of that works, I would contact customer service and ask them to do an account refresh.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
