What the hell is wrong with the My EE app?

Tried to use the app and website last week and today and you're still under maintenance? Not a good look for a big company. Really annoying as I am approaching the end of my present phone contract. I've been with EE for years but maybe it's time to move on if this is the shape of things to come.

@seazedup , have you checked your store app to see whether there is an update for the app? It has recently been updated again, not everyone is having this problem, mine works fine and so do others that have it.

It may need resetting so you can log-in fresh, worth ringing customer service for this.

What are you talking about? EE is a UK company, nothing to do with American company, so not sure why you think it is American garbage!

If you have a problem with the app, which was made here in the UK, maybe we can somehow help. Mine works ok, no problem, you can always log in to your account via the website.
