User agreement on LG tv

When trying to agree to terms and conditions on tv it is saying a server error has occurred while downloading the User agreements.  I have been trying to do this now for two days, please help!!!!

Can you give me a bit more information on what is happening?

Is it a brand new TV that you are setting up?

Did you get the TV from EE?

Is the TV connected to the internet yet?
