Hi I want to upgrade, website confirms my contract ended in September but it says I cannot upgrade at the moment, have text up to 150 and still it came back we are having problems getting your request!
I DO not want to call and speak to someone - I want to explore my options online!!

Could you copy and paste exactly what it says when you try? Have you tried on a different device or browser?
