I upgraded over the phone today, I haven't received any emails about the upgrade, nothing is showing on my account and it says i'm not eligable for an upgrade, I was this morning though. Is it a glitch in the system, and once I get my phone tomorrow it will update?

Once your phone has been dispatched, the plan will change in your My EE account and your contract dates will be updated.
Have you had a text from DPD to let you know when they will deliver the phone?

Hello. Same issue here but I have the new phone and app still says my old phone and plan

Have you received your new phone? usually your account will update the evening before receiving your new device.
When did you upgrade?

Hi.
I upgraded on Tuesday night. Phone came Wednesday still nothing updated on app
