Account holder error

I'm the account holder of my EE mobile account. However, when I logged into My EE account using the website and the app today, it says I can't make changes to my account details as I'm not the account holder.

@EE314  You need to login online to your account and change your user status from account user to account holder. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have the same issue (never had it before) .. I’ve checked that I am recorded as the bill payer as per the previous comments. Any further advice?

If you are set as the Bill Payer and not User in your My EE and getting this message, please get on touch with our mobile care team on 150, they can get this looked into for you.
