Getting highly frustrated, trying to upgrade my phone. The upgrade process simply does not work. I have been trying several times a day at different time of the day for over a week. I have tried the app on different devices, the website on different devices and browsers and the message I continue to get is page can not be found. I do not want to call 150 as I would like to browse the deals. Not frustrating at all, may have to switch to a provider that can provide basic website functions!

Hi I have been having exactly the same problem when trying to do my upgrade. It should be sorted so people can do online as so do not want to do via phone. I will not be happy if the phone deals change before the fault is fixed!! I have tried several times and on different days and am getting extremely cheesed off. Can you confirm when this will be sorted.
