@asm737 : The device shown is only cosmetic & does not affect your use of your device. It will change eventually after you connect using your MyEE app from the device.

I've been using my new phone & ee account/app for 6 months & it has not updated on my account. If I ask for my PAC code will it be for my new phone?

The PAC code is for whichever phone number you have requested it for, not the device.
The device showing incorrectly in your My EE account will not affect your usage or contract, it's just cosmetic.
