Unable to transfer data

Every time I click on the data use section of my account to transfer data over to another number on the account, the screen just goes blank. I’ve been trying for 3 days and the same thing happens every single time. 
is there a problem with the website?

Are you using the My EE app or My EE account online? 

Have you tried using another device and browser?

Same thing happening for me on my phone- screen just blank and on the move so can’t access another device.
