Can someone explain the complete and utter downfall of EE. Is it just me that gets vertically no signal anywhere? Even when I do 5g nothing loads up! Been trying to switch over to TNT sport and yet constantly told there's a problem for last 7 days. **bleep** is going on with EE!!??

Could you pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status' please? It will let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area.
Have you activated your discovery+ subscription? Once you've done that, you should be able to watch TNT Sports through the discovery+ app.

Gary it’s not just signal it’s customer services!!
the automated call system - get a text and it will pre identify you and pass you on - doesn’t work
call 150 the options don’t work and it disconnects the call
on hold for TWENTY FIVE mins and Ireland comes on and promptly disconnects you if you dare to ask why you’ve been on hold for so long
AND my basic Package price has just been inflated by 20%
I’ll be off as soon as I can. Been a customer for ever (30 plus years…)
