Hello, I would like to check whether Content Lock is active on my EE mobile account. I am over 18 and I have a valid UK Travel Document and refugee visa. If Content Lock is active, could you please remove it or let me know how I can complete age verification? Thank you.

Please go to How To I Turn On/Off Parental controls to change your Content Lock / Parental Controls on Pay monthly (contract) lines.
For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age. Alternatively you can visit any EE store with some photo ID
