To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Thanks for coming here.

If you log into the app and select Bills and Payments, scroll to the bottom of the page and you should have 'make a payment' does this show for you?
