I have an Apple Watch and iPhone 15. My phone can’t find the Apple Watch for mobile data but is linked. When I use the fitness on the watch to workout the data is not linking with my phone. How do I resolve this?

@Deeb604 It sounds like when you paired it to the new iPhone you didn’t select to keep the watch tariff on the watch. You are presented this option on the watch. You need to call customer support to get this resolved

Hi @Deeb604,
Welcome to the Community!
Have you been able to link your watch and your phone in the past, or have you always had this issue?

I had it paired to an old iPhone. I hadn’t used the watch for quite a few years so had to do a rest to pair it to this iPhone which has worked it does get my messages etc when by the phone. If I go to the gym the fitness on the watch works but I can’t see the results in the fitness on the phone. I haven’t been taking the phone into the gym though as I have the watch. When I try and pair it to my sim it says not possible

Are you seeing an error code when you try and pair the watch to your phone in the Watch app, @Deeb604?

Your Smart Watch has had a problem downloading the eSIM, click "Finish" below to try the download again.
