Wanted to change my postal address in profile it asks to send pin code to the wrong mobile number its not the ee number I have for SMS and ee 4g account which I got from sim packaging
I don't recognize this number so never get pin code

when I go to EE webpage on upgrade it lists 2 numbers I only have access to one using SMS on the router and during the chat to the tech he said I had 2 lines but I cannot use the other 1

have not tried on chat only website but sending pin to wrong number

used chat on mobile they updated correct address but now they have given me support number to ring because never have had any wi fi
the salesman said excellent coverage but the website says no 4G only 3G
