Recently joined EE with 2 payg sims for tablets and we decided to add 3 pay monthly sims as well. I’ve tried to add my pay monthly to my EE account and it won’t let me has anyone else has this problem… speaking to an agent I have to create a new account with new email address which seems crazy

Hi @Andykb675

You need to apply for a pay monthly account and pass a credit check.

You need an EE account, via my EE or EE online account profile.

Thanks

If your own MyEE a/c is for PAYG no(s). you can't add a contract no. to it. They don't mix. You need to create a separate MyEE a/c for the contract no. with its own email addy.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

this is what one EE agent told me .. its crazy situation to be in and if id known i wouldn't have used my email address on the PAYG

Thanks for joining us on Community @Andykb675

If you have multiple MyEE accounts set up, you can contact Customer Care to have the accounts merged onto 1 email address, as long as the details match exactly on all accounts.
