I made an order of the iPhone 17 pro max a few days ago and received a confirmation email. When I look In my orders it doesn’t show up but when I type in the tracking number online it shows the order has been confirmed. I am wondering if this is normal. I’ve had a situation with ee before where multiple of my orders didn’t go through properly and I had to remake them through the chat assistant so this has made me paranoid.
