Online deal prices not working

Trying to upgrade my phone. When I choose a deal (see photo) and go through the process to checkout the price is always higher i.e this remains to be £54.07. It clearly shows on the direct debit payment form the higher price as well . From what I’ve read if I phone 150 they don’t offer the same deals. Has anyone else had the same issues? Thanks in advance!

What does the * say/refer to after airtime. 

Is this a black Friday deal. I would suggest speaking to EE CS.
