Online Upgrade switches me to the wrong number on my account

My number is due an early upgrade, but when I select the option it switches automatically to my daughters mobile number (which is not due an upgrade), and I cannot re-select my own mobile number to complete the upgrade.

Happening both in the app, and on my desktop PC.
