It’s saying i can upgrade but when i go to chose a plan it’s saying there is none available.Is it because i’m using an old handset as my contract phone the screen cracked.It’s showing the old phone when i log in?

@Ibi789 Your handset has nothing to do with your upgrade. You’ll be best call customer services to see what they can offer.
