It’s a bug that EE are aware of. Many of us like you have notifications from the app that we can’t seem to get rid of no matter what we do. I had to turn my notifications off to get rid of mine. Also if you have iPhone just go in notifications and turn the badges bit off and they will be gone. Granted we shouldn’t have to do this to get rid of them but EE have been aware of this for 2 months and still haven’t fixed it.
