Not registered on network

Hi my phone is saying not registered on network but other colleague's I am with are on ee and there's works, I've tried all things like restarting phone, turning data on and off. Manually selecting network etc but having no success, any advice ?

Welcome to the community,

Have you just switched to EE or have you been a customer for sometime?

If the latter, could you take your SIM card out, give it a rub, see that where you put the SIM card in is clean and try again? See if that solves it.

If new, did you make sure that your SIM card is activated?
