I've had two phones on the same bill for years, and have been a customer since 1996. One reason I have stuck with EE is because I liked the ability to gift data, but I've just tried to do it tonight and there is no option anywhere in the app to gift data. Has EE removed the ability to do this?
I hope this is just a temporary glitch, because otherwise there is absolutely nothing to keep me on this contract any longer as I can get more generous allowances elsewhere.

@fronty It’s still there. Click manage then click family usage and at the bottom there’s gift data.,
Even when after clicking the manage tab there’s a gift data tab.

One of the phones was moved onto SIM only about 6 months ago but the other one (the one I am trying to gift from) hasn't changed since Aug 2022. I can log in on the web site but there's still no option anywhere to gift any data.
I last gifted some data only a couple months ago so whatever they've changed they've done it recently. This is really annoying. I guess I'll have to try and contact them. Ugh.

Is either of the phones on a No-Frills contract? You can't gift on those.

One is a SIM only no frills contract, the other is an Essentials contract, I want to gift from essentials to no frills, is this no longer possible then because I'm sure I've done it in the past? Cheers.

You can't! It's never been possible to gift data to/from a a No-Frills plan.
