@mrose69 The new version of the app has been around for quite sometime now you’ve just been moved over to it. Everything that was in the old app is in the new app and it’s only a GUI change. People don’t like change that they actually have no control over. Give a week or so and you’ll soon get used to it.

To true, we are not all Einstein, s , understood old app no problems , how many customers will switch at end of contract I wounder, for me I have uninstalled it as it is a waste of data to me will ring 150 I future while I still have ee contract

@Ricochet2 Have you tried clearing the device cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app ? Can you access your online account?
