I tried to log onto my ee app this afternoon and there was a message saying something like "this app is out of date, update needed " it gave me the option at the bottom of the page to click update so i clicked update, the app updated and then 2 messages came up at the bottom of the app and the one on the right said " clear cache " without sinking I clicked on clear cache and then clicked on the app again and a message came up saying this app has a bug. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but everytime I clicked on the app it wouldn't open. Has anyone else had the same problem

What device are you using?
Have you tried restarting your phone, then trying to download the app again?

I did exactly the same. Now the app won't open at all.

Thank you for your reply to my message on the ee community on
Saturday regarding having problems with my EE app, I have just talked to
the EE team about the EE app problems I am having and I'm hoping to have
the issue resolved fairly soon I have 4 devices and I can open my EE app on
2 of my devices and not on the other two . I have been reassured that
there is no problem with the EE app as has came up on my mobile phone
saying there was a bug, I have been fully reassured that there is no
problem with the EE app and I'm going to try and update on the devices
where it won't worked to solve the problem.

Hi @Bev54,
Please can you delete the app from the affected devices and before re-installing it.
