My phone contract ended on the 18th Sept and I upgraded to a SIMO plan which started yesterday (19th Sept). MyEE is still showing the old contract information and so I can't select the Inclusive Extra which comes with my new plan. I've tried calling 150 but they weren't able to help. Any suggestions please?

If you text AL to 150 what reports back?
Is it your old or your new plan?

Thank you for your reply. The response I got was to my old plan. I just called in to the EE store on my way home and they were able to resolve the issue via the EE 'upgrades' team. Apparently there was an issue with the move to the new plan which meant despite receiving texts etc. confirming the change, it was never actually activated. All resolved now. Thanks again.
