There is nothing show in myee account

Recently I joined EE and set up account download the EE App but there is nothing show in MyEE account I tried to link my number and account number to MYEE but there is no option there I just wonder if you let me know how to set up EE account

Can you log into your EE account?

Are you accessing this online or through the app?

Are you seeing any error messages?

I can log in via app but there is nothing in the not contract information or anything else there is no option to link the account number

Thanks for getting back to me.

If you log into your EE app and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see an option to Link a product, if you tap on this, you'll be able to follow the steps to link your number. 

If it's for a mobile, use your mobile number or for home broadband, use your account number.

If you could check this and let me know how you get on.

the thing is there in no link product option in the app

Could you try deleting your EE app then download this again and log in to see if you have the option.

If you log in on the website, are you able to see the option to link a device?
