So am i as need my broadband 4 medical reasons n sick of app going down and vetting cut off i have mobile phone we them aswel and took broadband as saysbi get discount and dont and end up we bills saying got extra charges how when i got unlimited everyything

@Flatcap69 Accounts go offline for maintenance late at night this will affect the EE app also. This is done to cause the least disruption to the vast majority of customers. So the question is why wait till the last minute when you had all day to pay this. You had 7 days from getting the bill to pay this.

@Flatcap69 , if your internet went off, you need to reboot the router, this happens to me every 4 weeks and I just unplug and replug it and everything works again, and as @Chris_B has written, you are given fair warning when your bill needs to be paid, so you do have time to do so and can do it during the day as well as evening, when there is no maintenance, or use this to pay:
