Anyone else having issues with the ee app? For over a month I haven't been able to get any information on my app regarding my account.  Ive spoken to ee twice and both times they said they have opened a case to sort the issue then 24 hours later close the case and say it's been sorted yet nothing has changed.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your app, and that you've been left unsatisfied after speaking with our team. When a complaint is opened this shouldn't be closed until the issue is resolved, so I can understand your disappointment that this has happened. I'd recommend getting back in touch and asking for your complaint to be re-opened, as the issue is not yet sorted, and stress that you are not happy for this to be closed until the issue is sorted. If you're not happy then you can request to escalate this to a Team Leader.

If you'd prefer then you can raise a complaint with our team using our complaints form and the team will call you back within the next 7 days.

I keep getting told to uninstall the app then re install.  5 times I have done this now and still doesn't work

It is an ongoing and unresolved problem.
