I'm near the end of my contract and wanted to look up any offers on upgrades/shop on app.
It keeps saying I'm.not the account holder even though I'm all signed in. I can't even access settings to see if something is locked.
I've tried to call 150 but keeps cutting off after about 8 seconds. ( it's not my phone because it works just fine)
How can I get onto my settings etc so i can view upgrades. Wither that or I will end up switching Provider.

You need to set up as the Bill Payer under Account Settings > Manage Numbers

cannot find account setting so not much use for me
