Every time I try to access the My EE platform via mobile/desktop I get a blank page with the word "Blocked".

Any ideas why, please?

You must have implemented some block on the EE service. 

Try a different browser. 

What internet security software are you using?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
