Your Products

Just to let you know guys, there is no visibility under 'Your products ' for some devices.  Hopefully EE will honour their customers and deliver the information as soon as it becomes available.

Hi @Metaverse

Thanks for feeding back to us.

Which devices aren't showing? I'll look into this.

As a contributor, I offer ideas and contribute to sales.

If your role is a technology partner, maybe you could look into innovating with the digital sales team to drive best practice, to elevate the devices we hire when we want to upgrade. If the digital element of the device does not appear on the site it should offer advice and support. This is important because if it doesn't, there is good reason to believe the manufacture has withdrawn their product. In which case, it will impact what advice tech companies can offer, and your information will already have been adversely affected when they receive the lions share of compensation.  If you, or anyone is made aware of this loophole they are therefore breaking the GDPR code of conduct rules.  I think by now, the general public are very much aware of the scams still circulating.  These can show up in several ways, such as hiding behind - for good intent and purposes, the apps we use, or in fake software downloads or ineffective accessories such as plugs. Pity then for the rest who want to look after their devices in the best possible way.

@Metaverse : I have no such role! I'm just another user like you.

What you have just written is 1 long meaningless marketing blurb. Would you care to put into simple terms just what "products" you would like to see on the EE site (or is it within user's MyEE's?) that you believe is missing, omitting the corporate spiel when addressing normal users.

There is no breach of GDPR here.
