I have EE broadband and 3 sims, I have been trying to link my mobile number to my broadband account but when I try it says that my number is already linked to another account...I only have one email address so I can't figure out what has happened.

@Ender620  You link your broadband account to your mobile account not the other way round.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B : You can link mobiles to a BB a/c. You can do it either way but not both obviously.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Except i only have a broadband account, when I log in with my email that is what I log in to, I had the broadband account before I had the sims, and I assumed they linked them when I got them as I got them on an offer purely because I had the broadband already. But now it seems I have a mobile account I can't access....

I can't access a mobile account to try it the other way round, my email just takes me to my broadband account.

Hi @Ender620,

Welcome to the Community!

I'd recommend reaching out to our team and they will be able to run through a few bits and pieces to get your account set up, so you can see both your mobile and broadband accounts.
