Why is my internet only working when I’m connected to my Wi-Fi. if I’m not at home and try to access the internet it doesn’t work . I have an unlimited everything package on contract with no parental locks and I can’t even access instagram let alone anything adult related

Welcome to the community.

There are a few things to check to see what could be causing this to happen.

The first one is to make sure that mobile data hasn't been turned off accidentally.

If it is switched on, please try to restart the phone and also turn airplane mode on for a couple of minutes.

When you aren't on WiFi, are you able to make and receive calls and send and receive texts?

Does it show anything next to the signal like 4G or 5G?
