This is beyond a joke now. Now for maintenance again!!! Surely if it needs this much maintenance done to it, it shouldn't of been realised as an app!! Thinking of leaving EE and going back to BT, slower speeds but I was better off than **bleep** ee!!!

I've been trying to get my PUK code. The instructions here supplied by EE are not accurate:

The pages they refer to on their customer dashboard don't even exist anymore!
I've been trying to get into my customer account for hours this evening, but it says it is down and come back later:
"We're fixing a few things right now
We’re making sure everything is working as best as it can. Come back later or visit the EE Community."
When will it be fixed?
How can I get my PUK code please? My mobile phone has been locked.
Honestly, this company is a joke. Can't do anything right, not even have their website working for hours.

I'm sorry if any updates have caused an inconvenience. It's certainly not our intention to cause disruption, and we try to schedule any maintenance for times when we see fewer people using our app.
You should be able to access the EE app again this morning as normal. However, if you need further support, please reach out to our team directly, who will be able to help and give the best advice on any outstanding queries.

Comedians. Website down for hours and hours in the afternoon. I work in IT and if any website we manage is down for ** 30 seconds ** once in a year we think it is a catastrophe and move heaven and earth to make sure it never happens again.
Only EE can have their core site down for hours and hours during waking hours and not care the slightest about it.
This despite increasing my bill by an astronomical amount (more than 100%).
I will be switching to another network.
