Morning @DeeBoy68

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

What happens when you try to login to My EE?

Leanne.

Hi there. I log in and it seems to be ok then it asks me to log in again.

I'm trying to get an upgrade, and it says we had a problem logging you in
and I'm just returned to the original screen again

Very frustrating..... thinking of changing my mobile phone provider!

Hi @DeeBoy68

Have you tried another web browser to see if the same happens?

Leanne.

Yes I tried to log in on Chrome and same thing happened.

I'm looking to upgrade my phone but can't afford a lot of money.
I'm was last on a £17 a month 2 year Contract with an Oppo phone 1GB memory
per month.
I've looked at similar EE offers but resent having to pay an upfront fee
for even some Good as New phones when looking for 1GB memory.
Not a good incentive for me to renew with EE.

I have Broadband, TV and Landline with EE too and am wondering if these
will be affected if I find another Mobile phone provider?

Leaving EE Mobile will not affect your BB & Home Phone.
