Hi

Ok, I'm new here so, I hope this lands where it's supposed to coz I'm flying by the seat of my pants!.

I am trying to get in touch with Live Chat since yesterday n it's not appearing on the website, I spoke to them 3-4 days ago on Live Chat, cannot understand where they've gone!.

If there's no one to operate Live Chat does it just not appear ?

I take it off from my phone after I forgot where I put SIM card
