Inclusive extra ? Has it been changed

I have a plan that has an inclusive extra so I can use my phone in Canada USA and Australia 

this worked in Canada a year ago but I’ve just got to Australia and It is not working ? 
ee app is down at the moment

@Sheenahere  can you check this now ?  if EE take accounts off-line this will happen from roundabout 11 pm to 6am uk time.  The app is a link to your account. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

In what way is (it) "not working"? Can you explain a bit more?

Are you saying there's a billing issue with charges being incurred? Or that your phone isn't showing coverage?

Sorted after a phone call, some how it was set to EU
