When trying to see my bill or make a payment the app says there's been a problem it's not you it's us please try again later but it won't let me see my bills and payments. I've tried reinstalling the app but to know avail being like this for nearly four weeks.

You should be able to access this information. I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything from our end for you.
