Tried on 8 separate occasions to sort an upgrade out,they managed to mess it up with their computer systems.Promises to call me back never came to fruition!

3 solid weeks and hours on the phone for an upgrade I was entitled to!Eventually they told me they’d sold out of all the phones!3 weeks!Theres more to add but it’s so bad that I got a PAC CODE earlier this evening and I’m leaving after years of custom.

Unbelievablely idiotic sub standard service.Shame on you!!!
