I have having trouble with the card digits for online top up

I am trying to top up my phone and someone elses but the box where you key in your long card number is asking for 13-19 digits, I key in my 16 digits and the error pops up in red to say key in 13-19 digits. This is a bug please can it be solved so that I can top up online.

Are you putting spaces in the card number?

Can you try another browser?
