Get your act together, a billion pound company shouldn't have its app down just to update!

@Prof100   The app/your account are not down.   Try clearing your device cache and uninstall then reinstall the apps    Can you login to your online account?  

when EE do account maintance, they have to take everything offline to do this and this happens only very late at night till early morning.   The app is only a portal to your online account so obviously account maintenance will affect the app.    

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
No the app is "down for maintenance " and clearing data and cache doesn't help: it's ridiculous

If you search for the My EE app in your app store, does it show an update is available?

Yes I've updated: doesn't change my view that EE are unhelpful.... couldn't they just instruct me to update? Its not rocket science
