Gift not not working, anyone else having this

Have you been able to gift data before between these numbers successfully?
Are you having issues on the EE app or through your main online account?
What's happening exactly when you try?

Same here, every time I log into my Account as I normally would it comes up with "error" in red and that the information cannot be displayed and we are working on it - however it's been 2 weeks. I always gift data to my partners phone as he is on a lower data tariff, can somebody help with this please??

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you haven't already, can you try to delete the app and install it again, and also clear the cookies and cache from your browser to see if that helps?
Does your partners phone have any data remaining when you try to gift, or is it completely used up?
