I can't add a date/birth to my profile so the app doesn't work properly

Welcome to the community,
Why is your date of birth not in the app? EE would have it on record, you would have to speak to them, although, at the moment, due to the outage you may not get through to speak to someone at present. There is no way of doing that via the app.
The app works fine for me and many others, does logging into your account via the website work?
if the app is not working correctly, then I would also suggest speaking to customer service to get a refresh of your account and then try logging in once again. Do you have the latest version?
