After lodging a complaint in October 22 and being told, by a count of 9 separate occasions via msg, that a member of the complaint department would get in contact with me via email, no attempt of contact has been made. As I am abroad, I cannot accept a call (unless I pay an arm and leg to take it), but to try and call, not get through to me and then repeatedly cancel the complaint is not really the way to deal with a customer service issue. I wonder if this platform may expedite any resolution? Any help or contact email address would help?

@MichaelH26 Have you checked your spam folder ? A complaint usually gets closed when the issue is dealt with or the originator of that complaint doesn’t respond back when contact has tried to be made. Are you 100 sure that they (EE) have your correct email address.

Hi Chris, thanks for getting back to me. Yeah, sure they have contact email address and have confirmed via help-message on the app that they have the right information. Nothing in spam, junk or otherwise. I think a policy whereby a missed call followed immediately by the closure of the complaint is counter-intuitive, especially when abroad.
