The EE app is not working and I can not see whens the next date of payment for my monthly pay plan is .

Welcome to the EE Community 

What is happening when you try and use the app? Are you able to login to https://ee.co.uk/ and view your bills and payments that way? 

If its a bill for your EE mobile you can also text BILL to 150 to get information on your most recent bills and payments.
